MPS obtains the “Monaco Welcome Certified” Label

The “Monaco Welcome Certified” label aims to share reception standards in the private and public sectors in order to create a “made in Monaco” welcome.

The label requires the respect of several criteria that allow the actors to obtain the certification.

The aim of this label is both to highlight the efforts of the Principality’s economic players who are committed to providing excellent hospitality and to offer customers reliable, consistent and objective information on the quality of hospitality in Monaco.

In order to obtain this certification Monaco Sécurité Privée had to undergo tests on its quality standards such as :

• Accessibility and quality of the exteriors,
• On-site reception,
• The physical reception,
• Telephone reception,
• Measures to improve the quality of reception.
